Agreement & Acceptance

About My Services

I provide spiritual, ritual, and traditional services, including—but not limited to—love spells, return-of-love rituals, binding rituals, and consultation. These services are spiritual in nature and are not professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use my services. By booking, you confirm you are 18+ and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

Booking, Payment & Scheduling

Bookings are made via the website or agreed communication channels. A booking is confirmed after full payment or a required deposit is received.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to any processor fees and the processor’s terms.
Prices and availability are subject to change. I will honor confirmed bookings at the price charged at the time of booking.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because my work often requires time-sensitive preparation and materials procurement, payments are generally non-refundable once a ritual has been performed or materials purchased.
If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on costs incurred. Specific refund amounts and policies will be stated at booking.
If you are dissatisfied, contact me first and I will try to resolve concerns in good faith.

Client Responsibilities

When you request services, you agree to:

Provide honest, accurate, and complete information relevant to the requested service
Respect the privacy, rights, and wellbeing of third parties
Use services lawfully and ethically
Understand that spiritual results are not guaranteed and that free will of others is a factor

Prohibited Requests

I will refuse or cancel services that:

Intend to harm, coerce, or manipulate another person
Target minors or involve illegal activity
Attempt to remove or bypass someone’s free will

Confidentiality

Termination
